No Core Charge! No Core Exchange!: aFe Power is proud to introduce a direct replacement EGR Cooler kit for 2008-2010 V8-6.4L turbo diesel Ford Power Stroke trucks. This EGR Cooler kit includes one horizontal and one vertical EGR cooler. This EGR Cooler is a 100% new unit, not remanufactured. The cooler utilizes a thicker wall to extend life and resist failure. The unit is TIG welded and pressure tested at the factory. This kit includes all hardware needed for the removal and replacement of the EGR cooler for a hassle free installation. aFe simplifies the buying experience by not requiring a core charge nor a core exchange fee. New Construction: aFe EGR coolers are constructed from new stainless steel components. All connections are welded, not brazed, for reliability. Direct-Flow Design: Thicker wall tubes resist clogging, resulting in extended life of the cooler. The heat exchanger tube wall thickness is more than twice as thick as the OE unit. Emissions Disclaimer: This product does not require a CARB EO#.

Looks like I get to be the first review for these guys. Let me start out by saying that I have had 3 other cars of a similar caliber to my GTR serviced/worked on and upgrades installed at other shops and none took the pride and level of detail that these guys did. I wish I could see all the welds on the downpipes and exhaust because it looked like artwork. Their fabricator made sure to send me daily updates and pictures which was also a big deal to me. For being an out of state experience it made it seem more like they were local to me and that I had known them for longer.

Bought a Motec and had these guys build the harness and set it up fully. Track car that received the level of attention and detail of a show car while here.
