The Ram-Air is an extensively tested and validated cold-air intake system designed to inhale cooler denser outside air. Its unique design features a fully enclosed and sealed housing to keep out hot power-robbing engine air. This allows the engine to run cooler and cleaner, while improving power, fuel economy, while reducing EGTs! Its giant filter flows more freely than the factory's highly dense paper filter, and the aerodynamic internal shape eliminates restrictions to improve air flow by 26%! The filter is reusable and easy to install or access for monitoring and cleaning. By comparison, the stock filter is difficult to access, not reusable, and when dirty the whole expensive unit has to be replaced. Unit is triple validated before the name Banks is stamped on.     Looks like I get to be the first review for these guys. Let me start out by saying that I have had 3 other cars of a similar caliber to my GTR serviced/worked on and upgrades installed at other shops and none took the pride and level of detail that these guys did. I wish I could see all the welds on the downpipes and exhaust because it looked like artwork. Their fabricator made sure to send me daily updates and pictures which was also a big deal to me. For being an out of state experience it made it seem more like they were local to me and that I had known them for longer.
