Description

The bold look and feel of the Chrysler 300C, Dodge Magnum and Charger made big waves within the entire auto industry, and Borla(r) Performance Industries' custom power-tuned Cat-Back(tm) Exhausts deliver another home run. Borla(r) has a rich, 40 plus year heritage of designing and building leading edge components for Mopar vehicles. Borla(r)'s Cat-Back(tm) systems are true dual mandrel bent, high performance units designed for ease of installation and solid performance gains. The system contains a merge X-Pipe to unleash hidden horsepower and improve sound. Borla(r)'s knowledge of the 5.7L Hemi engine allowed us to custom tune an exhaust system which is almost 30 lbs. lighter than the stock system, mainly due to the aircraft-grade high quality T-304 austenitic lightweight stainless steel used in every Borla(r) system. Additional attributes include superior performance and that famous Borla(r) growl of power. This S-Type system features massive 5" round Borla(r) embossed rolled edge angle-cut bright chrome on T-304 stainless steel tips. The 140125 system flows 220cfm over stock, which helps explain why so much extra horsepower is released by this unique split rear exiting system. While many exhaust companies talk about racing, Borla(r) mufflers and headers are tested every single weekend on race tracks around the world. The Borla(r) success is unmatched, and that effort transfers to the Borla(r) street systems. Looks like I get to be the first review for these guys. Let me start out by saying that I have had 3 other cars of a similar caliber to my GTR serviced/worked on and upgrades installed at other shops and none took the pride and level of detail that these guys did. I wish I could see all the welds on the downpipes and exhaust because it looked like artwork. Their fabricator made sure to send me daily updates and pictures which was also a big deal to me. For being an out of state experience it made it seem more like they were local to me and that I had known them for longer.
