Description

This 2.5" diameter True Dual BORLA® Cat-Back™ system was designed specifically for the Q50. It features an internal H-Pipe inside the front muffler and Borla's patented Polyphonic Harmonizer technology for increased performance and improved sound. BORLA®'S Polyphonic Harmonizer Technology utilizes patented units that contain pipes of different diameters and lengths to create multiple exhaust notes that harmonize to deliver a clean, rich, full-bodied sound. The ATAK® sound level delivers an aggressive, head-turning sound with no drone inside the cabin. The rear section of this exhaust system incorporates Borla's patented SwitchFire™ design. Completely eliminating the turbulent center intersection of a standard X-Pipe, BORLA®'S patented SwitchFire™ design truly blends the combustion pulses from both sides of the engine for improved performance and a custom sound. Teh exhaust exits thru single 4.5" round black chrome on T-304 stainless steel tip on each tail pipe. Using BORLA® Stainless Steel Polish p# 21499 is NOT recommended with these black chrome tips. We suggest cleaning with hot water and a microfiber cloth. Systems with bright chrome on T-304 stainless steel tips and carbon fiber tips are also available. BORLA® Cat-Back™ & Axle-Back exhaust systems feature patented straight-through and multi-core technology to unleash hidden horsepower.

Looks like I get to be the first review for these guys. Let me start out by saying that I have had 3 other cars of a similar caliber to my GTR serviced/worked on and upgrades installed at other shops and none took the pride and level of detail that these guys did. I wish I could see all the welds on the downpipes and exhaust because it looked like artwork. Their fabricator made sure to send me daily updates and pictures which was also a big deal to me. For being an out of state experience it made it seem more like they were local to me and that I had known them for longer.

Install went smooth and the power seems to be even better than advertised. Cant wait to get tuned in a few weeks. Their shelf tune honestly has to be 600+ hp as I pulled on a Hellcat last night. I see these guys and gals going a long ways if they can get out there and advertise. Customer service is on point paired with BIGGG savings for the winning combo.
