Description

This 2.75" diameter True Dual Cat-Back™ system was developed for use on F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks with performance, sound, style and durability in mind. The system features our Hydroformed SwithFire® Technology. Completely eliminating the turbulent center intersection of a standard X-Pipe, BORLA®'S patented SwitchFire® design truly blends the combustion pulses from both sides of the engine for improved performance and a custom sound. The computer numerical control (CNC) formed mandrel bent pipes ensure maximum flow for horsepower and torque along with an accurate fit. The muffler is specifically designed to deliver the classic S-Type sound without any drone inside the vehicle. The system features a single 4.5" round black chrome on T-304 stainless steel tip on each tail pipe. Using BORLA® Stainless Steel Polish p# 21461 is NOT recommended with these black chrome tips. We suggest cleaning the tips with hot water and a microfiber cloth. Systems with bright chrome on T-304 stainless steel tips, and black coated Brawler style T-304 stainless steel tips are also available. The system will NOT will fit trucks with dual rear wheels. BORLA® Cat-Back™ & Axle-Back exhaust systems feature patented straight-through and multi-core technology to unleash hidden horsepower. Increased exhaust velocity adds power, driving excitement, fuel economy, and the distinctive BORLA® Sound of Power respected by motoring enthusiasts everywhere. Only T-304 stainless steel which is superior to T-400 series knockoffs (such as 409), to give you the absolute best in performance and durability, is used in the construction of BORLA® systems, that allows us to give you a Million Mile warranty. Ultra-smooth mandrel bends ensure maximum flow & power, and precision computer numerical control (CNC) manufacturing ensures an accurate fit. Looks like I get to be the first review for these guys. Let me start out by saying that I have had 3 other cars of a similar caliber to my GTR serviced/worked on and upgrades installed at other shops and none took the pride and level of detail that these guys did. I wish I could see all the welds on the downpipes and exhaust because it looked like artwork. Their fabricator made sure to send me daily updates and pictures which was also a big deal to me. For being an out of state experience it made it seem more like they were local to me and that I had known them for longer.

Install went smooth and the power seems to be even better than advertised. Cant wait to get tuned in a few weeks. Their shelf tune honestly has to be 600+ hp as I pulled on a Hellcat last night. I see these guys and gals going a long ways if they can get out there and advertise. Customer service is on point paired with BIGGG savings for the winning combo.
