Description

This 3" universal Hydroformed BORLA® SwitchFire® X-Pipe is designed to be used to create custom exhaust systems. By using Hydroforming in the manufacturing process we are able to have a lower profile on this part than a conventional SwitchFire® X-Pipe. This SwitchFire® X-Pipe is 21.1" Long x 7.8" Wide x 5.5" High with 3" I.D. Inlet and 3" O.D. Outlet. Centerline spacing on inlet and outlets is 4". Reversible design for installation flexibility. Completely eliminating the turbulent center intersection of a standard X-Pipe, BORLA®'S patented SwitchFire® design truly blends the combustion pulses from both sides of the engine for improved performance. The result is an aggressive custom sound and improved power. Notched Outlet necks for easy clamp-on installation using 1" wide band style clamps 18330 (clamps not included). Each SwitchFire® X-Pipe is built from premium, high-quality T-304 austenitic stainless steel, superior to T-400 series knockoffs (such as 409), to give you the absolute best in performance and durability. Ultra-smooth mandrel bends ensure maximum flow & power, and precision computer numerical control (CNC) manufacturing ensures an accurate fit. Looks like I get to be the first review for these guys. Let me start out by saying that I have had 3 other cars of a similar caliber to my GTR serviced/worked on and upgrades installed at other shops and none took the pride and level of detail that these guys did. I wish I could see all the welds on the downpipes and exhaust because it looked like artwork. Their fabricator made sure to send me daily updates and pictures which was also a big deal to me. For being an out of state experience it made it seem more like they were local to me and that I had known them for longer.

Took the leap of faith on buying a set of their R35 intakes and downpipes because the price was half of anyone elses plus their car hauls a** at the track. Install went smooth and the power seems to be even better than advertised. Cant wait to get tuned in a few weeks. Their shelf tune honestly has to be 600+ hp as I pulled on a Hellcat last night. I see these guys and gals going a long ways if they can get out there and advertise. Customer service is on point paired with BIGGG savings for the winning combo.
