We here at Clutch Masters are stoked on this one. Introducing our DCT flywheel for the Audi RS3 / TTRS and DQ500 transmission. This flywheel is a ground up design built around the OE flywheel specs. Unlike the factory flywheel that fails when you start to modify and increase the output of the 2.5L Turbo 5-cylinder engine, the Clutch Masters flywheel is designed to handle seriously high-powered setups. We first focused on making the hub as strong as possible to be able to handle as much torque as we could possible engineer into it. In our computer simulation stress analysis tests, our hardened 4140 billet steel hub is showing it is capable of handling up to 3500 ft/lbs of torque before failure. That is over 3x more torque capacity then other options available today. This flywheel will also work on other Audi and VW engine applications using the same crank bolt pattern as the RS3 such as the 2.0L turbo engines when swapping over to a DQ500 transmission. We will also have 6 and 10 bolt varieties available soon for other generations of VW engines and using the DQ500 transmission. Also available will be DQ250 and DQ380 transmission flywheel options.

Looks like I get to be the first review for these guys. Let me start out by saying that I have had 3 other cars of a similar caliber to my GTR serviced/worked on and upgrades installed at other shops and none took the pride and level of detail that these guys did. I wish I could see all the welds on the downpipes and exhaust because it looked like artwork. Their fabricator made sure to send me daily updates and pictures which was also a big deal to me. For being an out of state experience it made it seem more like they were local to me and that I had known them for longer.

Install went smooth and the power seems to be even better than advertised. Cant wait to get tuned in a few weeks. Their shelf tune honestly has to be 600+ hp as I pulled on a Hellcat last night. I see these guys and gals going a long ways if they can get out there and advertise. Customer service is on point paired with BIGGG savings for the winning combo.
