Increased riding comfort while maintaining the stock look. Heat from the exhaust system can become uncomfortable, especially riding in slow traffic. This issue really comes into focus for those with shorter legs. Not wanting to disrupt the attractive lines and appearance of the exhaust, DEI's Heat Shield Liner Kit insulates the outer heat shield, without disturbing the looks of the bike. Each piece is precision cut to fit in-between the exhaust pipe and the heat shield, blocking heat transfer and lowering the surface temperatures of the outer shield. Easy to install, with no permanent modifications needed. The Heat Shield Liners are dual layer constructed of Aluminum and our proprietary Dura 2000(TM) insulating material and offer over a 60% reduction in heat. Our Universal Heat Shield Liner Kit includes all the right materials to create you own custom heat shield liner. Features 21 in. x 48 in. sheet of Dimpled Aluminum 18 in. x 51 in. sheet of Insulation 18 in. x 72 in. sheet of template making felt Advantages Completely hidden when installed Durable long-lasting materials Simple installation No smoke or odor Benefits Reduces heat radiating from the exhaust system, giving the rider and passenger a cooler ride. This is especially noticeable when the rider stops and puts their feet on the ground. Note: Heat Shield Liners install inside the head pipe heat shields. Please pay attention to what brand head pipe you are running not the brand of the mufflers. Kits are compatible with black or chrome head pipes.

Looks like I get to be the first review for these guys. Let me start out by saying that I have had 3 other cars of a similar caliber to my GTR serviced/worked on and upgrades installed at other shops and none took the pride and level of detail that these guys did. I wish I could see all the welds on the downpipes and exhaust because it looked like artwork. Their fabricator made sure to send me daily updates and pictures which was also a big deal to me. For being an out of state experience it made it seem more like they were local to me and that I had known them for longer.

Install went smooth and the power seems to be even better than advertised. Cant wait to get tuned in a few weeks. Their shelf tune honestly has to be 600+ hp as I pulled on a Hellcat last night. I see these guys and gals going a long ways if they can get out there and advertise. Customer service is on point paired with BIGGG savings for the winning combo.

Bought a Motec and had these guys build the harness and set it up fully. Track car that received the level of attention and detail of a show car while here.
