    Description

    Hotchkis Sport Suspension 17367 Heavy Duty Mopar Shackle Kit for Dodge Chrysler and Plymouth Leaf Spring Cars. These shackles are made from .250 in. steel and are finished in gloss black powder coat and includes 1 in. leaf spring bushings. What s really cool about these shackles is the design. The bolts are specially machined by Hotchkis as direct copies of the original shackle bolts consisting of a large machined shoulder that acts as the bushing sleeve and is machined down to lock the opposite shackle plate in position. Many other aftermarket shackles on the market use a bushing sleeve and a smaller bolt to achieve this which reduces strength. The kit includes grade 8 hardware nylock nuts polyurethane bushings grease and contains 1 in. leaf spring bushings which are commonly used on many Dodge Plymouth applications. Please ensure your car has 1 in. bushings. These are a perfect upgrade to your Hotchkis Leaf Springs for the B&E Body Cars.     Looks like I get to be the first review for these guys. Let me start out by saying that I have had 3 other cars of a similar caliber to my GTR serviced/worked on and upgrades installed at other shops and none took the pride and level of detail that these guys did. I wish I could see all the welds on the downpipes and exhaust because it looked like artwork. Their fabricator made sure to send me daily updates and pictures which was also a big deal to me. For being an out of state experience it made it seem more like they were local to me and that I had known them for longer.
