PRODUCT OVERVIEW Installing QA1's spring slider for the 1982-1992 Chevrolet Camaro and Pontiac Firebird (F-body) significantly upgrades the front end for improved handling and track performance. The spring slider assembly utilizes QA1 lower control arms and the tubular QA1 K-member to retain the factory inboard spring locations, provide adjustable ride height, and allow for use of wide wheels and more substantial negative camber adjustments. This setup maximizes the tire contact patch during hard cornering, although it may present clearance issues with wider wheels. INCREASED TIRE CLEARANCE Some build preferences benefit from a coilover strut assembly, but if you need the heaviest spring rates and want to achieve the highest level of negative camber, the spring slider is a great solution. By keeping the springs in the inboard location, we can use the strength of the frame and lower control arm to support very heavy spring rates for the most aggressive handling applications. Pair this with QA1 struts and caster/camber plates to achieve maximum negative camber for the best handling performance. Looks like I get to be the first review for these guys. Let me start out by saying that I have had 3 other cars of a similar caliber to my GTR serviced/worked on and upgrades installed at other shops and none took the pride and level of detail that these guys did. I wish I could see all the welds on the downpipes and exhaust because it looked like artwork. Their fabricator made sure to send me daily updates and pictures which was also a big deal to me. For being an out of state experience it made it seem more like they were local to me and that I had known them for longer.

Bought a Motec and had these guys build the harness and set it up fully. Track car that received the level of attention and detail of a show car while here.
