Description

UMI’s fabricated tubular a-arms provide a rock solid foundation for your 4th Gen’s front suspension. Our a-arm kit is built to offer increased rigidity, smooth travel, a precise steering feel, and an 8lb weight savings over stock. The DOM 1-1/4” diameter tubular sections are precision bent, CNC notched and welded in a jig to form the solid base. The in-house built 4130 CrMo tube adapter on the lower a-arm provides a durable attachment point for the precision rod-end while the other side features a smooth, quiet bind free polyurethane bushing. The lower a-arms feature UMI’s new bind free bushing end that uses a two piece heavy duty sleeve that allows the a-arm to pivot freely while the upper a-arms use street friendly greasebale polyurethane bushings. The unique combination of precision and comfort makes for a great street oriented a-arm kit with racing tendencies. The spring and shock attach to the lower arm via a tough 1/4” thick steel shock mount. The CNC machined lower ball joint cup and CNC laser cut upper pad feature premium ball joints installed. UMI’s tubular lower a-arms can be installed on the factory k-member or any aftermarket k-member as well as the stock spindle - making this a true bolt-on product. Looks like I get to be the first review for these guys. Let me start out by saying that I have had 3 other cars of a similar caliber to my GTR serviced/worked on and upgrades installed at other shops and none took the pride and level of detail that these guys did. I wish I could see all the welds on the downpipes and exhaust because it looked like artwork. Their fabricator made sure to send me daily updates and pictures which was also a big deal to me. For being an out of state experience it made it seem more like they were local to me and that I had known them for longer.

Took the leap of faith on buying a set of their R35 intakes and downpipes because the price was half of anyone elses plus their car hauls a** at the track. Install went smooth and the power seems to be even better than advertised. Cant wait to get tuned in a few weeks. Their shelf tune honestly has to be 600+ hp as I pulled on a Hellcat last night. I see these guys and gals going a long ways if they can get out there and advertise. Customer service is on point paired with BIGGG savings for the winning combo.
